Cappuccino translates into ‘little cap’ and this is a perfect description of this popular beverage; steamed foamed velvety milk is poured over one shot of coffee oil extract made from 12gm of freshly ground beans producing 38ml of essence. It is finished by ‘capping’ with foam and a sprinkle of chocolate, or cinnamon, powder, and is usually served in a pre heated vitrified ceramic cup.
